Maybe the "Select chart" button should have a different color to distinguish from the background:

After clicking the "Select chart" option, when I hover over the "Select chart" it appears back, is this expected?

I suggest inverting the y-axis to show increasing time in the negative direction. That way, it will look closer to the date picking tool:

I have the impression that the colorbar is taking the 0 value as the minimum regardless or the real minimum. If that's the case, I think It would be nice to remove it to improve the contrast.

The week label of the second Sunday is not shown.

This happens when the period is less than 1 week:
