This looks like a question, which would fit nice into https://github.com/FlaUI/FlaUI/discussions :)
Anyway FlaUIInspect 1.3 requires .NET Framework 4.7.1 to run, and I doubt it is possible to install it into Windows XP.
Note that installing .NET Framework 4.7.1 in a clean Windows 7 SP1 requires two updates: KB4474419 and KB4490628 (AFAIK they are not available for Windows XP)

Thank you for your answer
What is your suggestion so that I can do this in Windows XP?

@PersianCoders , I have no experience with using UIAutomation on Windows XP.
According to the official site it isn't available there out-of-the-box - some update should be installed first.
You can use older versions of FlaUI, which don't depend on newer versions of .NET Framework.
I guess, all this will require a lot of experiments...
If you manage to accomplish your task, please, post the solution here or in discussions.

FlaUI up to 3.2.0 support .net 3.5 which should run on XP but as others mentioned, I am not sure what else you need installed in XP to get UIA working at all.
