Incorrect bindings for RIGHT ALT

Describe the bug
When the RIGHT CONTROL is used as binding to an action, RIGHT ALT is bound with it as well. This is kind of annoying especially when playing in Polish, because Polish keyboard uses RIGHT ALT to type special Polish characters. So it is required to change bindings in the settings or avoid typing in encyclopedia.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Precondition: RIGHT CONTROL is bound to 'Turn page right' action. (see screenshot)
2. Open encyclopedia.
3. Hit Plants (or any other section).
4. Press RIGHT ALT.

Actual behavior
The page is turned to the right.

Expected behavior
No action should be carried out .
