Instructions not so clear

For some of us who are new and giving Fintp a try, this part of the instructions on configuring PostgreSQL is a challenge. For instance:

1. Create schemas and specific users (fincfg, findata). What and how many users should be created? And why not separate the two "1. Create schemas A B C D" then "2. create specific users A B C D". The (fincfg, findata) is also confusing, are these schemas or the specific users?

Then you say

2. create user for fintp_api (finuiuser). This fintp_api, is it already created for us and we just create a user for it or we have to create both user and fintp_api?

Same with this too

3. create one tablespace for each user (fincfgtbs, findatatbs)

Perhaps your instructions are too summarised?? Its hard to really follow through
