DeepL checkbox cannot be selected on Firefox Mobile

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to TWP settings
2. DeepL API key is added in Experimental page after pressing the "Add DeepL Free API" button
3. Navigate to the Privacy page
4. Tap on the checkbox toggle for DeepL under translation services

Expected Result

Checkbox is toggled on and the option for DeepL becomes available under the Text Translation Services dropdown menu

Actual Result

Checkbox remains grey and does not become selected, option does not appear under the Text Translation Services dropdown menu
