[Bug] On Firefox Android, if text selected on right edge of screen, button overlaps with drag handle

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open any page with text that covers entire screen width.
2. Select text starting from the right edge. (There should still be a couple of spaces between the edge and the last character.)
3. Wait for translate button to appear.

Expected Result

The translate button should appear in a place where it doesn't interfere with anything else, and in turn cannot be interfered with.

Actual Result

The button appears in roughly the same place as the drag handle of the selected text. The drag handle can still be used, but the translate button cannot.
