Description

Header and footer contents missing from RTF-to-TXT route

Steps to Reproduce

  1. POST test_resources/test_files/rtf_valid.rtf to the rtf/txt route
  2. Note in the response that there is no "I am a header" or "I am a footer" text present

Expected Behaviour

For header and footer contents to be parsed and returned in the response
