Add support of Factom Realtime Explorer #41

We need to use new real-time explorer to provide better user experience.

Once user makes a transaction, txid should lead to realtime explorer, so user could see/share it instantly.

Fix link in the transaction pop-up (also fix blank window, that appears while clicking "View in Explorer")
