I definitely see the appeal, but I think for the time-being VPS control panels will probably be considered out-of-scope for core FOSSBilling development due to the complexity of implementing them and the already large backlog of other things that need to be worked on

But it's closed source and you can't integrate. Although it's free but the future can't be determined either it will continue to be or become a subscription model.

I like it but couldn't use because of the above reasons.

It’s somehow strange... it’s buried on the most popular and most stable panels, but the outdated rubbish was left behind, how far can you go with such progress...

For example, ispmanager has been on the market for more than 10 years, and has all the advantages for hosting, let’s take brainycp, there is a lot of php to choose from, and you can configure the web server as you like, you can make a cluster.
And you push ispconfig which doesn’t even know about Php versions.

I'm going to admit to being a little bit confused by what you mean here, the most popular server control panels in terms of actively used installs are almost certainly cPanel, Plesk, and DirectAdmin. FOSSBilling ships with modules for all of those.

Of course those are all commercial software, and I genuinely don't know what the most widely used open source solutions are.

Yes, there are a lot of options out there and some of them are better/worse than others, although that is going to come down a lot to use case and subjective opinion. Personally I think Enhance is the best product if you want to use commercial software, and each and every open source solution has good and bad points.

Will the FOSSBilling team create and maintain integrations for all of them? No, of course not, and probably not any of them in the very near term future because we are much more focused on all of the things on the roadmap to get to a stable 1.0 release.

BUT, and I find myself repeating this again and again and again, the great thing about open source software is that anyone is able to contribute. Also the great thing about software that is designed to be extensible and modular is that any third-party can write a module to add their own favourite server manager. FOSSBilling is both open source and extensible, so feel free to create or commission someone to create a module for ISPmanager or BrainyCP if that is what you want/need.

BrainyCP has no English API information and It would require me to setup a server..

ISPmanager has terrible api documentation and it had a server connection but it was terrible outdated. Als see issue as it would require me to setup a server ...
