List plugins that could be useful to enable threejs for medical applications

Some medical data loaders/parsers
Slice geometry
Medical data shader (webgl1 and webgl2)
Volume rendering shader (webgl1 and webgl2, perspective and orthographic cams)
Localizer widget/shader
LUT helpers
TF editor
Out of bbox shader
Contours shaders
Widget that displays the camera orientation.
