Switch to build launcher

What's the issue?
When performing gesture to launch action sometimes throw me back to default device launcher.
Then after press home button it notify me to choose launcher and set default one with check.

To reproduce…
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Hard to say, since it happened not often. BUT it appear when I do gesture to start signed action and then press menu/back button AND somethimes it back.
It happens also when I go to preferences and back with menu/back button.
Or sometimes when from started app I back with menu/back btn.

Expected behavior
To do not happen.

What did you see instead?
I see notify where should choose launcher and check if this is permanent.

This is most definitely caused by the launcher crashing in the background, causing the system to fallback to the default launcher. I'm currently reworking the feature that might be the root cause of the issue, which should hopefully resolve this.
