Vim breaks after installing plugin

I'm using VIM9.1 on Windows 11, and after installing the plugin I get weird error messages when starting VIM and I can't run the new commands like Codeium Auth for example.

The errors look like powershell errors, I have powershell installed but I guess it's not being run correctly? Do I need to set the shell in vim to something special? I did not see anything about that in the documentation.
