Window text and icon size extremely small?

Describe the bug

My name is Ena Miculinic and I’m a research associate for Biobot Analytics. We use the El Maven program for processing our LC-MS/MS peak data. I have a hp laptop that runs Microsoft Windows 10 Pro and I’m having an issue zooming in on the El Maven window to make all of the text and icons larger. Making the window full size doesn’t adjust this and there are no settings on the program that I can find that would help.

@enamic Can you try changing the screen resolution or the text size in your OS settings?

I did and it doesn't seem to affect the window at all.
