Describe the bug
El-Maven 11 crashes when using the Align function and it reaches 100%. A pooled sample is selected as the reference sample. Default options are used.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Expecting the samples to finishing alignment using the reference sample without crashing the program.

Windows 10 Home
El-MAVEN v0.12.0

Additional context
Single file size is over 400 kb. Loading around 70 files.

@showar26 Since your sample file size is that small, could it be that these are from an MRM experiment? If so, then I am not surprised at this behaviour. Neither of the alignment algorithms work for MRM (or any kind of pure MS2) data yet.

But if these are samples from a full-scan MS1 experiment, would it be possible for you to share a small subset of those files with us, with which this crash reproduces consistently? You can share them over email (elmaven@elucidata.io), or however else you like.

@showar26 Sorry I missed this somehow all this time. If you use Dropbox you should be able to upload your zip file and then share a link with us on email. If you use Gmail, it is even easier to attach Google Drive items. This help page shows how.
