Elmer failed to build on OS 10.12.6

Hi all, I just tried running a brew install of elmer with elmerice, elmergui and testing. I can run the gui. However, elmerice is nowhere to be seen in the HEAD folder and all the tests failed. Before the install, I ran brew doctor to make sure there were no issues there. I’m not sure where to go from here really, so any help or ideas would be really greatly appreciated.
