state gets lost while deleting polygon points

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. create a polygon with 4 points
2. click on the polygon
3. click "Delete points"/"Punkte löschen"
4. click somewhere on the map (not a point)
5. click on a point
6. click somewhere on the map (not a point)
7. click on a point

Expected Result

4+6 does nothing, 5 removes a point

Actual Result

• 4: unselects the polygon
• 7: hides the "status panel"
