Feature request - add support in waze

There is a chance to add waze to the support GPS applications on this plugin.
Actually to be more specific, it would be awesome to make the user choose between the available support GPS apps.

@Spiegelberg Did you end up adding support for Waze on this project yet? I'd like to add support for it into my app at some point. Nothing urgent, but thought I would check.
