Camera Recording while Encoding

Hi all,

first of all thanks for this extension: it's the first "app" for me, that works!

To reproduce:

• Record with a camera capturing_{0}
• Quit Recording
• While the stream is still encoding_{1}, the camera is still on_{2}.

_{0} Using VP9 and FHD makes the problem easily observable

_{1} Check the encoding progress either from nautilus or observe the extension icon in the system menu in the top bar indicating, that recording is ongoing,

_{2} the camera being on is seen by me from the LED next the the laptop built-in camera.

The problem

is, that during the encoding time now the camera is blocked for other applications. And the encoding time can be very long: think of a 90 in talk, that you wish to record.

During that time the camera is still on, as seen from the LED light next to it.

This does block the usage of the camera.
