Feature request: skip the last two seconds

Hi. This app is super nice to use. Here are two things that wold save me some time editing the screen casts I create.

1. Add a option that hides the notification before the recording has started.
2. Add a option that makes it possible to skip the last few seconds of the video.

This will make it easier to create a screencast that contains only the relevant parts and not the starting and stopping of the recorder.
