作为带缓存的数据提供者

其他任务：

  • 使用Store替换一部分直接使用仓储的代码

  • IMiniProgramUserStore 增加便利方法 GetCurrentSessionKeyAsync()，用于获取当前用户的session key，其中appid的过去途径为claims。
