What the board needs to do:

PMBus (I2C) communication with all 3 DC-DC modules to receive DC-DC telemetry.
Measure output voltage of current sensors (analogRead) in order to measure current. Values need to be calibrated as well.
Serial communication with Pi to relay back data from PMBus and current sensors.
