Debian didn't install pulseaudio and so doesn't start #419

When I tried to run debian, pulse audio didn't install, and so the distro didn't start.

It would be good to have some sort of diagnostics script to verify stuff like this pulseaudio being availablem, this could be output if the start script fails.
