Currently we don't have resources to work on bringing SLIM up to date with NUOPC.

So until this is done...

ESCOMP/SimpleLand#75

We'll need to remove SLIM from cesm2_3 tags that have MCT removed. This is currently planned to be the case for cesm2_3_beta18. So SLIM will be removed in one of the cesm2_3_alpha18x tags...
