Extension of HTD for Uncertainty Representation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
JRA1.2 (JRW1) developed a few extensions of the HTD to include uncertainty representation.
The goal is to help experimenters in systematically addressing uncertainty aspects of theri experiments, in case analysis and experiment design. The extensions are currently documented in the HTD word template and an excel file with several sheets.

The expected extensions:

• Test Case: extended guidelines (text update)
• Qualification Strategy: extended guidelines (text update)
• Test Specification: extended guidelines (text update); reference to uncertainty analysis spreadsheet
• Experiment Specification: re-organisation of fields; extended guidelines (text update); reference to uncertainty analysis spreadsheet
