Add some examples with requests to newer versions of WFS and WCS services?

The EMODnet web service documentation page](https://emodnet.ec.europa.eu/en/emodnet-web-service-documentation), as well as the example notebooks in this repo mostly have example requests using version 1.0.0 of the web services. However, when you perform some of the GetCapabilities requests listed on that page, it seems as if most services have advanced from 1.0.0, such as the Bathymetry WCS, which is on version 2.0.0 now.

This is especially confusing for a newbie like me attempting to use the services, because the parameter syntax has changed. So, if I try to do something like retrieve data from the bathymetry WCS 2.0.0 using a modified 1.0.0 request URL, I get all sorts of strange errors: it no longer accepts parameters the same way. And I can't figure out exactly what I'm doing wrong just from looking through the metadata files.

So, would it be possible to add some examples featuring newer service versions, either to this repository or to the documentation page on the website?
