Would it be possible to support Swift? I guess native swift objects cannot be swizzled, but how about everything that inherits from NSObject?

:) It's nice to know, that you're using this tool :)
Unfortunately it's not something be done in the near future.
There's another tool http://injectionforxcode.com/ and it provides some Swift injection.
So if you really need this one - you can go check there
