Description

When updating the app to a more recent version, settings and plugin list is not preserved, so the user has to configure settings again inside the "Options" tab and re-scan plugins.

Steps to reproduce

Step No. Description Used Data Current Result
1 Go to the "Options" tab - Plugin paths and preferences are displayed.
2 Change some settings - New settings are applied successfully.
3 Click on "Sync" button in case that no plugins are still scanned - A synchronization process starts and eventually finish successfully.
4 Update the app to a different version - Settings applied in step 2 are gone. Settings by default are applied. Scanned plugins list is gone.

Where was reproduced

----------
macOS Sonoma 14.1.2
Upgrading OwlPlug 1.24.0 to 1.25.0

Hello @jotacoro,

Thank you for reporting this, i'll try to reproduce the problem on my side.

I expect the plugin list to be cleared after the update (due to the new mapping between plugins and projects in 1.25.0). But settings (in Options tab) defined by users should not be reset during the update.
