有时候存在消息未送达的情况 #196

我将mqtt用在了flutter的聊天app中，我发现消息有时候会漏掉，很奇怪，这个漏掉是因为，一个客户端能收到，一个客户端收不到。

理论上来说，最起码要能在我的客户端重练的时候依旧吧消息送达，但是目前来看，没有做到。具体原因不明。
