For reasons, I cannot use the defaultservices.json, and I need to know how to change the services.json to make all the services in it enabled and start automatically.

Something is interfering with AMD Chipset installation. It works on a clean install of Windows but not on a services disabled one with the new chipset drivers.

How do I change the below for example. Can't find info online.

{
"Name": "EapHost",
"Description": "Extensible Authentication Protocol",
"ServiceName": "EapHost",
"Status": 1,
"StartType": 3,
"SetStatus": "Disabled"
},
