Use and fill fk_user_modif on bookkeeping.class.php

I've noticed the column fk_user_modif was added to llx_accounting_bookkeeping on htdocs\install\mysql\migration\4.0.0-5.0.0.sql

But it's not loaded on bookkeeping.class.php and therefore not used.

It´d be good to use it, specially to know who modifies an entry through htdocs/accountancy/bookkeeping/card.php
