I'd like to be able to create a filter via the API

The problem it solves

Creating multiple filters or a series of filters is slow to do manually. It would be nice to have an API endpoint and be able to do that programmatically.

Alternatives

Using the web interface to create multiple filters is slow.

Use case / screenshots

I like to create a series of filters (one for tasks in each of the next few weeks).
