my xps 15 (with nvidia graphics card) is connected via 2 usb c cables to 2 usb c hubs which are connected to a aten cs1842 kvm switch which makes 2 monitors available to it
my issues are

  • monitors are sometimes running with a lower frequency (30 hz instead of 60hz) when reconnecting via usb c
  • monitor arrangement is not automatically detected when connecting to usb c again and i have to configure it again
  • (big issue) after sleep i see error messages and force me to power off the machine at least once a day
