To give more flexibility and applicability to the modules of coexpressed genes approach, the following tissues are scheduled to be released on a future version of the web app:

  • Liver
  • Intestine
  • Ovary
  • Esophagus
  • Kidney
  • Stomach
  • Lung
  • Adrenal Gland
  • Pancreas
  • Cerebellum
  • Spleen

These tissues were chosen based on the availability of cell type signatures from MSigDB C8 collection. If you have a curated cell type signature that you would like to see applied to voyAGEr data, please feel free to contribute.
