[建议]导航栏设置增加文字颜色设置选项 #34

如图所示，现在导航栏里的文字和右上角的设置齿轮默认黑色/白色，在某些背景下显示的不是很清楚，希望在导航里增加自定义导航栏文字的颜色选项

和 #6 出现类似的问题，但好像新版本还是没有设置选项
轻标签页版本：1.5.2
