Dataprep: Qwik Start

Run in cloudshell

gsutil mb gs://$DEVSHELL_PROJECT_ID/

Got to `Navigation menu` > `Dataprep`

Click Accept > Agree and Continue > Allow

Select your lab username

Click Allow > Accept > Continue
