as i saw on TGTG sometimes shops show information:

• Check again at XX:XX time
  would be nice if it would send a notifitation that u should check at the time or something

This time is normally always the same for each magic bag as I assume the shops get to configure when they automatically want to add new bags to the app. So it should be rather easy to just write out these times yourself from the app and set yourself reminders any way you see fit. If you have your SLEEP_TIME low enough (around one minute) you should get notified about almost all magic bags anyway.
