Enhancement Description

HydroMT should be able to generate FEWS configuration to ease the integration of a model into FEWS. To leverage OpenDA functions for data assimilation and calibration, we should also include a method to add configuration for coupling to OpenDA.

Use case

Data assimilation in forecasting systems
Reanalysis in desk studies
Calibration in desk studies
ALL made easier with FEWS

Additional Context

Not aware of how (much) HydroMT currently can deliver on standard FEWS configuration; are we ready for this addition?
For the Python Wflow, we already made Python scripts to generate FEWS and OpenDA configuration to allow running clipped Wflow models with data assimilation within FEWS
