Investigate possibility to keep order of INI sections/properties after reading/writing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When reading an INI file, for example an MDU, the original order of data is not preserved when this data is written back to a file. The order as defined in our python models is enforced.

After importing/exporting the original order of the sections and properties is preserved.
