Process to remove a types package [datatables.net] #69176
-
Hi - I've had a look around, but can't see anything about how to remove / deprecate a @types/ package. Specifically, I'm the author and maintainer of datatables.net, a package which has long since included its own types file, and it isn't compatible with the types provided by @types/datatables.net. What is the correct process to remove the @types/datatables.net package (and other related DataTables packages - all the extensions I publish for it have type files as well)? Do I just fork, delete and send a pull request? Or should they got through a deprecated process? If so, what is that? Many thanks, |
