import deepl

target_language = 'ZH'

translator = deepl.Translator('my---key')
content = ”Transcript ‘In Trust’ Episode 11: The Return to Osage County“

result = translator.translate_text(content , target_lang="ZH")
print(result.text)

The result is:信任》第 11 集实录:重返奥沙郡

the result from OpenAI’api is fine:剧本“信任”第11集:回到奥萨奇县

here is another content

import deepl

target_language = 'ZH'

translator = deepl.Translator('my---key')
content = "In Trust: A Return to Osage County as <em>Killers of the Flower Moon</em> Debuts"

result = translator.translate_text(content , target_lang="ZH")
print(result.text)

the DeepL‘s return is:信任:花月杀手》首映,重返奥萨奇县 (the "left" quotation mark is missing)

while the OpenAI’s return is somehow OK:在《信任:回到奥萨奇县》中,<em>花月杀手</em>首次亮相(the "left" quotation mark is there,the‘’ mark can get process later)

I have a similar issue with the right single straight quotation mark, DeepLcom/deepl-api-issues#7
