When I play with EvolutionaryScaleModeling models, I find there are -1 in the mapping:
tensor([6, 5, 8, 14, 7, 11, 23, 12, 4, 17, 13, 16, 15, 9, 20, 21, 18, 10, 19, 22, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1, -1])
I suppose there are only 20 amino acids, why are there -1 from the 21st position? It's a change made by torchdrug or esm?
