When an object builder is created and deduplicate is set to true, then the QAJ4C_object_builder_create_member_by_ref function does not overwrite a member when it already exists, instead it generates an error. The problem is the assertion at the following line:

QAJ4C_ASSERT(value_ptr != NULL && value_ptr->pos < value_ptr->count, {return return_value;});
.
