Restrictions on customizations

Hello
The package is great and works smoothly but i dont see any way to apply some restrictions on printing process for example if i want user to only be able to print 1 paper this can be by passed here

in the mac dialog the user can edit number of copies and choose colored or black and white paper
in my application i want the frontend to choose the number of copies and the color mode of the paper that will be printed and i dont see method to apply that using this package i dont want the user to be able to edit these restrictions
