Roaming API docs should match latest Data Highway node version

There are discrepancies between the naming of various API endpoints and the naming of the runtime modules in https://github.com/DataHighway-com/node that they correspond to, and also with the data structure properties that they include (e.g. device profiles associated with a device in the runtime modules is referred to as a base profile associated with the device in these API docs, but base profiles may be a better naming since it doesn't clash with the device profiles from Chirpstack, that is used for storing something else)
