Issue Description

After joining the world, some chests, furnaces, blocks etc would take a long time to function. (e.g. right clicking on chest shows opening animation but does not open at all, breaking a block appears to break and then replace itself, only breaking after some time)
Waiting for the block to break, and then replacing it fixes the issue but it happens again every time the world is reloaded.
Furnaces and chests also have the lag, right clicking does nothing unless you wait and the inventory opens much later.
There are no other noticeable issues with mobs or processes such as generating energy or using items, some blocks also still function as normal.
I did not have this problem before, it only started happening recently.

It seems someone was having a similar problem with some iron chests but they did not provide more information
I'm not sure if it's relevant but I recently started using these actively: tinkers smeltery, cyclic cables, thermal expansion pulverizer and magmatic dynamo, absorption hopper, industrial foregoing fluid extractor, witchwater (producing it), plain grinder.

Did some testing, this issue seems to vary a little bit, with me being able to fix it before temporarily by breaking the block and replacing it, now that does not work and it seems like any new furnace and chest I craft has the exact same problem, however the chests and furnaces that were already placed down before the issue work fine. I can also access the inventories of the chests and furnaces using a newly crafted crafting station placed next to them.

While rejoining the world did not fix it, reloading the whole game did fix it.
