[Bug]: No nether generation on server

• I have searched for this issue previously and it was either (1) not previously reported, or (2) previously fixed and I am having the same problem.

Issue Description

The nether do not generate, I can enter the nether but they are plains biome all around and no structures generate but villages.
the infinite dark dimensions let the server crash while loading terrain.
I've tried this in singleplayer and it works perfectly. I didnt try to replace cos the guy from issue #128 means it doesnt work
