Bedrock crashes when the player doesn't have permission to run commands

Describe the bug

If the player types into chat "/" then their game crashes and it doesn't type it in if they don't have the ability to run cheats or commands

To Reproduce

Login to another device and go onto the server, do the same thing and the game crashes

Expected behavior

I expected the game to not crash and be able to run a command without having to be a OP

NO JAVA VERSION WAS ON BEDROCK BUT ALSO HAPPENED ON JAVA 17
