Liege Interaction Command Faulty

The command "/f flag set liegeChainCanInteractWithLand" seems to be broken. When running the command it returns the error "Your role in this faction does not grant you permission to set flags", although I am the faction owner and my role permissions are all in order. Have had it attempted by other vassal factions to see if it was simply a one-off, but they all managed to get the same result.

The server I play on is Kingdoms of Hunterra, running the latest plugin version on Minecraft 1.19.2.
