A small container (Docker?) for development, testing, and/or deployment of the TOR based shared server

@linhux What I meant was a container image for deploying the server itself; I'll edit the ticket to reflect this. Would you like to provide docker instances to your users?

we can setup a testsystem based on docker for the server itself, for big hostingprojects is it better with a own hosting instance (docker)
