0.6.0 (Final) on windows 10

During SOME improper shutdowns of the program (Specifically automatic system restarts) the active playlist will corrupt it self. Any non active playlist will work just fine. Ive noticed this on 2 machines with different hardware configurations but the common thread is windows 10.
